Our cattle are born and raised on our farm - thus we have a closed herd, which is critical in preventing illness.  We use a Gelbvieh/Red Angus cross to insure that our meat is lean, but yet extremely flavorful.

In addition, we raise all of the feed that the cattle are fed.  This insures that we know exactly what our cattle are eating.

The beef is aged for 14 days which naturally enhances the flavor and tenderness.  Aging is rarely done with commericial beef which is instead injected with tenderizer.

Quarters and Halves of Beef are available year round.  They are priced at $4.00 per lb. for quarters and $3.75 per lb.  for halves.  The weight is based on a hanging weight and the price includes processing.  The average quarter of
beef weighs approximately 175 lbs. to 200 lbs.
